Vendor Spaces

Thanks for your interest in partnering with DAA as we put on our first annual Gator Day Spring Carnival.  We believe this event presents a great opportunity for local businesses like yours to showcase your products and services to the entire Davidsonville community. 

Please see below for a listing of the 10’ x 10’ vendor spaces available to rent the day of the event.  Spaces are located adjacent to the carnival and playing fields – what will be the highest trafficked areas that day.  Pricing varies by location.

To rent a space, download and complete the VENDOR CONTRACT .  You may process your rental payment online using the PayPal buttons below or with a check.  Transmit your completed vendor contract and payment (or proof of payment) via email ([email protected]) or mail (Gator Day Spring Carnival, attn: Katie Grey, 1334 Anglesey Dr., Davidsonville, MD 21035).  You will receive an email confirmation once we have all the necessary documentation and your space rental is finalized.

And remember, your participation in this event won’t just be good for business; it will also help DAA.  Proceeds generated from vendor spaces rentals will help us purchase new equipment, finance field maintenance and improvements, and ensure that current and future Gators are able to benefit from the experiences that youth athletics provide.
